To enter a medication for tracking and reminders click the "Add Medication" Button on a care plan (or Add Medication in the records window);
Fill in the blanks and click "Save It". You will now have a schedule for taking the medication. Here is an example;
You will now see this medication in your daily health ToDo list;
It will also appear on your iPhone immediately and you can enter side effects, observations and note that you have taken the medication on schedule.
