It will look different depending on your exam. You might get images from your radiologist on a thumb drive or a CD or by direct download.
Use the dialog to get to the folder with the images and select Open.
It will take a while for the application to load all of your images. Ultrasound cases are relatively small, CTs can have hundreds of images. Mammograms are very large files, but there are only a small number.
